Energy Pilates is an on the ball Pilates class with a higher tempo than some traditional Pilates classes. We start with an active mobilisation and warm up, the main phase will consist of a mixture of stability ball balance exercises and mat exercised designed to burn energy. In the closing phase we will be performing maintenance & developmental stretching.
​
Mats and balls are provided but if you have your own you would prefer to use bring them along.
